Erica Drum is a Dublin-based chef, cookery tutor and food stylist known for her fun, vibrant and approachable style. Born in Sutton, Erica is a regular on Virgin Media’s Six O’Clock Show, while hosting pop-up dining events and teaching online and in-person cooking classes. With over 20 years in the industry, Erica continues to inspire confidence and creativity in home cooks while celebrating the richness of Irish ingredients and hospitality.
