Orla Drumgoole built her teaching career as an English and Music teacher for 35 years, before turning to teaching her home-cooking skills to an ever-growing online community of followers on Instagram and TikTok under @irishmammycooks. The Irish Mammy Cooks cookbook is the first publication of her much-adored recipes in cookbook form.
